5 Ways to Enjoy Pumpkin on Thanksgiving



All things pumpkin is the order of the day in North America every Thanksgiving season. With Thanksgiving at our doorstep it’s important to have something “pumpkin” in the house. In case you are one of those people that are so last-minute, here are a few ideas on what to get at your local grocery store.


1.) Pumpkin Spice Latte


This one gets the honorable mention as it is super synonymous with pumpkin spice and all things nice. The famous PSL from Starbucks is what comes to mind, but there are many great options from other brands.


2.) Pumpkin Pie


Pumpkin pie has definitely been around the longest that I can remember. It is definitely my favorite pie. Make sure you get yourself one as the perfect dessert after Thanksgiving dinner. Even better, make one from scratch (if you can).


3.) Pumpkin Muffin (or baked good)


I love pumpkin-spice flavored baked goods. One in particular that I love is the pumpkin spice muffin. My favorite one that I’ve tried so far is from Tim Hortons. There are so many kinds of baked goods that you can get that are pumpkin flavored.


4.) Pumpkin Spice Sparkling Juice


I’ve tried this one for the first time this year. And let me tell you, it’s amazing! It’s pretty much a pumpkin spice cider, but sparkling. It’s definitely worth a try.


5.) Pumpkin Spice Yogurt


If you get a good one, pumpkin spice yogurt can taste exactly like pumpkin pie. If it’s that good, you’ll barely be able to tell the difference. This stuff is amazing. I like the Greek version because it has a high protein content.
